Part Time Telesales Executive

P/T Permanent: 20 hours per week

Basic Salary: £19,000 per annum pro rata

Attractive commission with achievable targets taking you to: £22,000 OTE per annum pro rata

Having secured significant private investment, we are now planning a major fibre-to-the home build across rural communities in the East of England, connecting thousands of homes to next generation full fibre infrastructure.

We are looking for individuals with the knowledge, creativity, drive and determination to help the company achieve its goals successfully.

This is a dynamic, exciting environment to work within and will provide significant opportunities for the right people, with the right skills, to develop and grow with the company.

To support our growth toward becoming the leading broadband network and services provider in the area, we are looking for a flexible part time Telesales Executive to drive sales, this will be predominantly evenings. The hours will be spread across 5 days (on average 4 hours per day)

Your prime focus will be to drive and convert new sales and raise brand awareness via the telephone in targeted areas. Work with the wider sales team to identify and close new sales opportunities. There is an attractive commission structure with very achievable targets.

You will not be required to understand the intricacies of broadband, only the key differences between our service and that already available and what advantages it offers to rural communities.

You will be supplied with continued support and coaching in our fun working environment and all equipment is supplied.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with warm leads to drive sales of fibre broadband services in targeted areas
  • Creating new sales leads and following up on existing leads
  • Working towards daily/weekly conversion and volume targets
